Are you aware of how your body reacts to every day activities?
This week become aware of how you get up, stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, and bend during your daily activities. By the end of the week ask yourself if you notice stress on your body or if you are compromising your posture in any way. Choose exercises that train your core muscles and focus on performing correct form technique with every repetition. Gain better performance by developing qualities to the level of simplicity. Set Fitness Benchmarks Posture, Body Composition and Fitness Level
You can only set realistic and attainable goals if you know where you are starting from. Based on goals and posture assessment, identify physical strengths and weaknesses with a series of suitably selected tests to build a physical profile and establish the benchmark to be set for each component of fitness.
