Be fit by design originates from my experience as a professional art director and design consultant. Graphic design and marketing consulting for corporations, design firms and the health and fitness industry gives me a fresh new approach to personal fitness training. Atlantis Sports Clubs where I currently personal train, has empowered me to direct a motivating process to reach project goals. I have always had a passion for fitness with a background in gymnastics, ballet, yoga, jazz, pilates, and kempo. My skills as a designer combined with all my fitness education as a NCCA certified personal trainer enables me to develop inspiring programs. What a great way to stay healthy and feel great helping people create a positive image for themselves.

With my on going education in the fitness industry and flair for design, I have established the art of personal training. Expert, creative and rewarding training programs that meet the goals and expectations of my clients. By clearly understanding the objectives to design an effective program that reflects their life style while encouraging continuity with greater direction to not only reach fitness goals but to maintain them and create new ones.

Training Philosophy There are three keys to success..
Thinking, Feeling, and Visualizing that you have already reached your goals. Positive thoughts that you can truly feel and visualize will enable you to succeed. We have about 60,000 thoughts a day and learning to make every one of them positive is the real secret to anyone's success. You are what you think and so shall you be.

The mind body connection is so important in physical training. Understanding your true potential to be the best you can be takes commitment. Learning safe effective and expert training techniques will empower you to enjoy the process.
